I redesign of Instinct’s visual identity, evolving it from Fabernovel Portugal, and played a key role in developing the UX UI of their metaverse platform. I also contributed to assembling a dedicated metaverse team. With a customer-centric approach, I bridged market needs with cutting-edge technology, crafting intuitive interfaces and immersive virtual environments for brands like MEO, RFM, Expresso, Sapo, and Disney. By conceptualizing visual identities, I have significantly contributed to launching new digital brands, resulting in the creation of over a dozen metaverses and applications.

I also spearheaded the development of Riseup's first design system in partnership with developers, and designed advanced product features including skills recognition through GPT-2 and GPT-3. My work has ranged from redesigning the learner pathway to managing the platform's administration. Not forgetting gamification and the redesign of the chat forum.
